Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains both our voluntary 30-day returns policy and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Our 30-Day Returns Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day returns policy, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition in which you received it;
- be returned with any original tags and packaging (where applicable); and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
If you choose to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period and return the goods within a further 14 days.
The goods should be returned in a condition that reflects only the handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- personalised or bespoke items;
- goods made to your specifications;
- gift cards; and
- any other items that are exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items may be returned under our 30-day returns policy unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be made using the original payment method.
For returns under our 30-day returns policy, refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days of approval, although it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the payment.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been sent back), in accordance with applicable law.
